Nightfishing is allowed on this water next to the river Rhône. Stockings are low and fishing hard here, but big carp to 21 kg have been caught here. The „Poisson Chats" can be a real nuissance here.

Rhône,
- Condrieu, Carte I.G.N n° 3033 Ouest
A yachtharbour is build in this area, but leaving room enough to fish for carp. However, only the beach is fairly easily accessible, while the rest of the swims requires either a long walk (1 km+) or the use of a boat to transport the gear to the swim.
Many big carp to 27 kg has been caught here - but unfortunately, nightfishing is not allowed.
- Gervans. Nightfishing 2004 at lot. D13 from PK 87 downstream to Ruisseau de Crozes 
- Tain-l'Hermitage, Nightfishing 2004 at Lot. D15 from PK 92 to PK 93
- St Rambert d'Albon, Nightfishing 2004 from PK 63, 5 to PK 64, 5. Lot D10. 
- St Vallier, Carte I.G.N n° 3035 Ouest, Nightfishing 2004 from PK 78 to PK 80. Lot D12. In this area both sides of the river can be fished at night. In summer, prefere the Ardéche - western - side, as weeds can be very abundant and cause severe problems on the Drôme side of the river. The average size of carp here are 9 - 15 kg, and 20 kg+ carp have been caught here as well. In the deep holes to 15 meters, don‘t be surprised to hook into big catfish too!

Saint Désirat, Lac de, Carte I.G.N n° 3034 Ouest
This little lake next to the river Rhône is not too easy to find, but it hold carp.

Vernets de Galaure, Lac de, St-Barthélèmy de Vals, Carte I.G.N n° 3035 Est
This little lake, unfortunately right next to the A7 highway, hold a very good population of carp to 18,2 kg. No prebaiting is allowed, which makes the fishing here quite hard.
