Camboux, Barrage de, Grand-Combe, Haute-Gard. Michelin Atlas Routier 1:200.000 - 142-C3
This beautifull lake of 11 ha. was put under water in 1957. As it in '89 was emptied for maintenance of the dam, fish of 17-23½ kilos were present, but after that fish over 17 kilos has not been caught until stocking of 50 fisk between 15 and 20 kgs in '92.
A new "vidange" was made in '98, but plans were to restock the same carp afterwards.
Boats are authorized for baiting, but not for playing fish.
The lake is found almost beside the main road from Florac to Grand-Combe.

Canal du Rhône à Sète,
This from 10 - 20 m wide canal connecting Beaucaire and Aigues-Mortes holds a very good stock of commons in the 6 kg bracket - and many fish will be on the cards for those who are in the need for some action! Bigger fish are certainly also present - 15 kg fish are present, but quite rare. If you want to fish by night, do not forget a mosquito-repellant! From Pont de Franqueveaux the canal is in Zone Maritime - and nightfishing is thus allowed.


Canal du Rhône à Sète

Cèze, Bagnols-sur-Cèze, l'Ardoise. Michelin Atlas Routier 1:200.000 - 144-A3-4
On about  20 km from Cascade de Sautadet to l’Ardoise, at the confluence with the Rhône, this little river offers good fishing for carp averaging about 8 kg, with chances of 12-15 kg fish occasionally. The most promissing stretch is from St. Gervais to l’Ardoise.

Codolet, Étang de,  Michelin Atlas Routier 1:200.000 - 144-A4
Often used for enduros, this water is known for a good head of commons in the 8 kg bracket and fish to 15 kg+ as well. A few koi are present too. The water is just adjacent to the Rhône. The southern bank is a gravelly beach, while the northern is covered with trees. Nightfishing authorized.


Gardon, Remoulins - Comps
The stretch from Remoulins, north of the higway, to Comps offers excellent fishing from many interesting spots along the river - but the banks are very overgrown in places, making acces difficult - or even impossible in places.
The river averages about 60 meters, but several places  there's up to more than 100 meters across. The depth average some 3½ meters.
The fishing can be quite easy, and commons of 1-10 kilos are abundant - while mirror to 20 kg+ are also present ands caught from time to time.
Nightfishing is allowed from a section on the left bank at seuil de NERS to the place called « le Soumas », commune de Ners : 950m, only within the signs « Carpe de Nuit».

Petit Rhône 

Revestidou, Reservoir du, Caderousse. Michelin Atlas Routier 1:200.000 - 144-B4
This old blind arm of the Rhône es now cut off as a lake, an hold lots of big carp to well over 25 kg. The biggies are mostly mirrors, while the commons - much more abundant - rarely exceeds 8 or 9 kg. The section at commune de Montfaucon on the western bank is reputed to be the most promissing for carp fishing. A boat is recommended to be able to reach some of the best spots. Nightfishing is not allowed.

Rhône, Caderousse. Michelin Atlas Routier 1:200.000 - 144-B4 . IGN SB 3041 oest
This about 2 km long stretch also covers a blind arm of the river, making it possible to fish the Rhône without any current for 5 months from may to october. 
Nightfishing allowed at
- Pont-Saint-Esprit on the right bank from PK 193 to 195.
- Aramon from PK 252.3 to PK 254.5 and from PK 257.3 to PK 258.1.
- Roquemaure, right bank 2000m from PK 222.5 to PK 224.5,

Rouvière, Lac de, Florian, Quissac. Michelin Atlas Routier 1:200.000 - 156-C1
This reservoir of the river Crieulon north of Quissac is 31 ha - 1,8 km long and up to 300 meter wide. The average carp here are 6-8 kg, but fish to 15 - 18 kg+ has been caught. As the water is very young and rich, the potential is regarded as very promissing for the future. Only a few swimms are accesible by car, but the rest can be reached by the tracks on the banks. Boats are not allowed.
