Madine, Lac de,
"The Cassien of the north" has this lake of 1100 ha. often been called - and no doubt, many truly pristine biggies of an obvious potential to grow even bigger has been caught regularly during the past 5 or so years. 10 kg+ are more the rule than the exception, and each year several 20 kg+ fisk are caught. 

Nightfishing allowed all week from may 1. to octobre 17. - only up to 100 m from the bank on the following sectors:
- Zone A: "Etang du Haute Chemin", only from the digue de l'étang - on 300 m. This area is reserved the École de la Pêche.
- Zone B: The "Bois de Panne" bank on 950 m, from the place to put boats in the water at Heudicourt to the rocks of the Digue de Chevaliers
- Zone C: "Presqu'île de Gargantua" on 1700 m, at east 50 m from the northeastern  end of the Bois de Gargantua to the northwestern end of the forrest.
- Zone D: Port de Barques de Montsec for 300 m from 50 m south of the harbour to the track parting "Piece Moutard" and les "Bois Bas".
- Zone E: Southern bank of the "l'île Verte" on 600 m, from the southwestern point to the northern point of the island in east.

- Sivry-sur-Meuse, bief 25 on 2200 m, from the confluence with the old Meuse at the place called Les Palplanches to the Barrage de Sivry-sur-Meuse and la porte du garde of the bief 25.
- Pouilly-sur-Meuse, bief no 34 on 3620 m of right bank, from the passage to the towpath downstream the sluice to the confluence with ruisseau de Beaumont et Letanne.
- Commercy, Lot 10, left bank on 1500 m, from the Meuse Canalisée (non domainale), bief no. 7, PK258,320, to 100 m upstream barrage de Boncourt.

Meuse Sauvage,

Many carp to 19-20 kg has been caught in this area.

-Dieue-sur-Meuse, Territoire communal de Les Monthairons, Lot SNCF, 100 m along the railway from  Barrage de Monthairons to Monument de la Croix Blanche.
- Lerouville, Territoire de Pont-sur-Meuse, 1000 m on the right bank from Limite Communal de Boncourt-sur-Meuse (confluence dérivation du Breuil) to 300 m the CD 12 bridge.
- Territoire de Lerouville et Pont-sur-Meuse, on the left bank from the small canal-outlet "La Petite Praire"to 500 m downstream - to "Le Closel".
- Longwy, lot 90, from the limit of the old "arrondissements de Verdun et Montmedy" to Regneville to the fall at Belleville-Brabant.
- Ourches-Foug, at the place called "La Chalnot", 1200 m upstream Château d'Eau
- Pagny-a-Blanche-Cote, right bank on 500 m, along the CD 145 from Pagny to Sauvigny, downstream the borne kilométrique no. 9
- Right ban on 300 m upstrem the branching of the canal du Breuil.
- From Dérivation du Breuil 200 m upstrem the confluence to the Meuse Sauvage.
- From 150 m from the barrage de Sivry-sur-Meuse to the borne 36k from the old Meuse navigable, on 2 650 m,
- Lots 59 - 60 – 61, on 5 720 m from Pont de Montgrignon,to the old Ancien lavoir haut de Charny sur Meuse.
- Lot 57, on 1 500 m from 200 m downstream the barrage de Belleville, to Pont de Montgrignon
